Artist working with sculptures, installations, and mixed media
Hedvig Bergman, born in 1988 in Stockholm, Sweden, is an artist working with sculptures, installations, and mixed media. She is currently completing an MFA at Konstfack, Stockholm, and holds a BFA from Trondheim’s Academy of Fine Arts, Norway. Her work is characterized by a fascination for the egg, as a shape, architecture, and material, but also as an idea, which guides her art. Hedvig has exhibited her work in Sweden and internationally, such as in Norway, France, Japan, and Austria, and she has received both public and private awards and grants for her artistic practice.
