Francine Agbodjalou (born 1989, Lome, Togo) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. She extends her professional experience as an actress into her work within the fine art field. Her multifaceted production as a painter, a performer or writer, always contains a performative aspect. She currently has a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. Her work investigates the concept of authenticity and tries to approach materiality from a conceptual perspective. This manifests itself into the application of abstraction and usage of symbols in her installation work. She is currently working on her Solo show at Galleri Svarta Gran in Borlänge.
